Hilton Waikoloa Village |

The Hilton Waikoloa Village is a destination in itself. It is a well-renowned property located on the magnificent Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island. This Polynesian playground offers such amenities as luxurious guest rooms, saltwater lagoon, beach and freshwater pools with a myriad of water activities, gourmet restaurants, art galleries and boutiques and tournament level tennis and golf facilities. The Kohala Spa offers massages, facials and body masques and a fully equipped fitness room for your convenience.
Despite its size, Hilton Waikoloa consistently has one of the highest guest occupancy rates of any property in the islands. The boats and monorail are both fun and functional, since the large size of the grounds would make walking back and forth to your room difficult. The unique transportation system enhances the entire process. The four acre, ocean fed, salt water lagoon is the best. As this property sits adjacent to a rocky shoreline, this huge man-made lagoon provides ample opportunity for kayaking, snorkeling or just sunning on the strip of sand shipped in to create a beach. A genuine beach is less than a five minute drive from the hotel, but few guests feel the need for the real thing, as the Hilton Waikoloa substitute is great for all but the most energetic beach-goers. A number of freshwater pools, along with waterslides and waterfalls, will keep the family busy. As if these were not enough, the property also offers a unique opportunity to get in the water with Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins under a supervised program.
The Kona International Airport is only 25 minutes from the Hilton Waikoloa Village.

Attendees on international flights should plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled flight.
NOTE: International travelers must have a valid passport to enter the United States. Check your US Consulate for specific visa requirements for your country. All other travelers must have a picture ID due to the additional security at domestic airports.
The luggage allowance for most airlines is a total of two bags of checked luggage per person weighing up to 70lbs. each. One carry-on item is allowed and must fit in either the overhead compartment or under the aircraft seat. Make sure that your luggage tags are fastened securely and your bags are checked through to the Kona International Airport on the Big Island. If you have specific questions, please contact the airline on which you are booked for more information.
Law requires that a government agricultural agent inspect all luggages of travelers entering the U.S. mainland from Hawaii. Inspections will be carried out on departure at the Kona International Airport. Please do not pack plants or fruits in your luggage.
